Your
initial assessment will ensure that you can satisfy the relevant criteria
to migrate to New Zealand in this category. You can therefore feel confident
that we would not invite you to attend an appointment, charge you a fee,
or proceed with your case unless we were completely satisfied that you are
eligible to be granted a visa for New Zealand.
If you appoint us as your agent we will be committed to representing you
throughout the migration process which is why, for your peace of mind, our
fees are charged in three stages. These are the fees that you will pay -
there are no extras. They are inclusive of VAT, however they do not include
fees charged by the NZIS, the New Zealand Qualification Authority (NZQA),
medical examiners or police authorities. Throughout the application, we
are bound by our strict code of conduct.
Stage I - Initial Interview - £500.00
During the appointment Migration Solutions will provide you with a comprehensive
overview of both the skills and visa process and will also be pleased to
offer advice and assistance in any other matters relating to your settlement
in New Zealand. In particular, we will discuss the importance of presenting
your case with appropriate and relevant information to enable accurate and
favourable assessment.
At the conclusion of your appointment you will be issued with a leaflet, which specifically confirms the documents required to support any qualifications assessment and your migration application. If your qualifications are not listed in the NZIS List of Recognised Qualifications, before you can submit an Expression of Interest to the NZIS you need to get a pre assessment result from the NZQA. You will then need a full assessment for the applications itself. We will also advise on registration procedures for those occupations in New Zealand which require migrants to register.
As your appointed representative, Migration Solutions will be responsible
for completing your EoI and your applications to NZQA.
Stage 2 - Lodgement of application with NZIS - £500.00
Migration Solutions will check and amend the final application as necessary, and work with you to ensure that all the supporting documentation is present and correct. Proper documentary evidence is crucial to a successful application, and we have years of experience of getting this right. When the application is complete and we are happy that it meets the reuqirements of NZIS, we will personally lodge the application at New Zealand House. While the application is being processed, we will liaise as necessary with NZIS.
Stage 3- Formal assessment by NZIS - £500.00
The final payment of the fee is due when your application has been formally assessed by a case officer and your visa has been granted. Migration Solutions will take your passports to New Zealand House so that the visas can be entered, and will continue to be available with help and advice, to ensure your smooth migration.
